Our shipping rates cover shipping, handling and insurance. We do offer free shipping at various times during the year for our e-newsletter subscribers. If you're on our mailing list, you can sign up for our Jewelry Club. Jewelry Club members get free shipping year-round on all jewelry orders. Email us for details. We also offer a convenient option to pick up orders in-store or curbside. If you need an order faster, contact us for expedited shipping rates and we'll work our magic. All orders ship normally within 24hrs. If they can not, we will contact you immediately.
In-Store Pick-up only items
Any items marked as "In-Store Pick-up Only" will be refunded immediately minus a 5% restocking/credit card transaction fee.
WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS MARKED FOR "IN-STORE PICK-UP ONLY", they are online so local buyers can preview before shopping in-person.
Shipping prices quoted on this site apply to locations in the continental US only. Please call us for a quote on shipments outside of the continental US. We ship most items by UPS and USPS with Overnight, Second-Day, Three-Day Ground and Standard Ground available. We can ship most items to a P.O. Box. This excludes extra large items. We can ship internationally upon request. Please email us for the items you are interested in along with your address.
Furniture and Over sized items
Customers within a 50 mile range can opt to have furniture and over sized items delivered. Don't live close? We'll work with you on shipping costs. We want to offer everyone the opportunity to enjoy our collection of unique furniture.
In-store purchases may be exchanged or returned for gallery credit at either location within 14 days. Sorry, no refunds. Web-purchased item(s) may be returned for a refund or gallery credit within 14 days (excluding shipping charges). Return authorization for online orders must requested within 72 hrs after your order has been received. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insurance. All returned items, whether purchased in-store or online, must be in original, unaltered and undamaged condition and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Gifts must be returned in original gift box. Gallery credit is non-expiring and may be used toward future purchases through our web site or our store. Lay aways, custom and special orders and any purchase marked Final Sale may not be returned.
Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped within Vermont only.
On occasion we will offer promotions. Any promotion, incentive, or offer is valid for everything items that are in-stock. Any promotion, incentive, or offer marked with two astericks(**) excludes furniture, oversized items, extremely fragile items, and fine art unless otherwise noted.
