DaVallia was founded in 2009 by artists Michael and Jessie Alon and remains artist-owned and operated today. We select the artists we represent, curate our exhibitions, and work directly with the collectors who walk through our doors.
The gallery is also our home, our studios, and a place we've spent years shaping—from the 200-year-old farmhouse to the gardens and surrounding spaces. There are no traditional white gallery walls here. Original paintings, sculpture, handcrafted furniture, and one-of-a-kind objects live together in rooms, allowing you to experience art much as you would in your own home.
This is what we mean by Artful Living.
