My life as an artist began early in Summit, NJ, where my encouraging parents enrolled me in classes at the Summit Art Association. During my teen years I spent much of my time in the Summit High School art room. Later in life, I studied art at Colorado State University. In 1980, I received a BFA in Art Education from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. After graduating I founded the Crossroads Studio of Fine Arts in Boxford, Massachusetts. After relocating to Vermont, I continued my course of painting and teaching art throughout the state. My art has been exhibited in the Southern Vermont Art Center in Manchester, VT, and other fine galleries throughout New England.
