How does it work?

Home staging is the art of properly preparing a home to sell. Like creating the stage on a movie set or theatre, what we create is intentional for best showcasing a home in its most favorable light. When working with Michael and Jessie you have the advantage of working with both designer and builder. As a team Michael and Jessie can evaluate your homes strengths and highlight its true potential. Staging spaces for over seven years, Jessie will use your existing home furnishings and decor to accent your home's positive attributes, and decorate your home for maximum buyer desirability and appeal. Home staging is a complete process by which your home is prepared to be seen through the eyes of a buyer.
Preparing a home for sale is not a one size fits all process and can include a variety of things. Home staging always involves some decorating, but can also involve minor things like eliminating clutter and rearranging furniture; to moderate things like painting and repairs. Michael's, fifteen years of building experience will help eliminate any worry about potential problems and he can guide you to fixing any budding issues that could affect the sale of your house.
How does it work?
We start with an initial 2 to 3 hour consultation with a complete summary of how to present your property. Michael will evaluate your home and point out any issues that need to be taken care of for your best selling potential. Jessie will point out the design strengths of your home and suggestions to make these more vibrant. At this point, you can set up an appointment for Jessie to come and do her magic. You have the option of working alongside them in this process or handing over the reins and letting them transform your home.
