"From the moment you enter the driveway at 39 North — you are welcomed into a world that delights in every direction."
— Dara M., Colorado
DaVallia is a gallery, boutique, and design studio — housed in a restored 1840s farmhouse in Chester, Vermont, and family-owned since 2009. Most people who find us say the same thing: they didn't expect anything like this to be here.
Michael and Jessie Alon are artists, designers, and curators who handpick everything in the collection — original paintings, sculpture, handcrafted furnishings, jewelry, and objects that bring warmth and character to a home. The gallery is their home. The collection is their life's work.
If you just found us on Instagram, here's the next step: the DaVallia Circle is our newsletter — the place where we share first looks, art previews, and invitations that don't make it to social. It's a quieter, more personal way to stay connected with what's happening at 39 North.
· The pieces that move people most — the painting they stood in front of for ten minutes, the table that stopped a conversation — those rarely make it online. The Circle is how you hear about them first.
· Discover new arrivals before anyone else sees them, art previews from the artists we work with, and invitations to private viewings and seasonal events worth planning your visit around.
· Life at the gallery changes with the seasons — new work arriving, pieces finding homes, the occasional story we just have to share. Think of it as a letter from friends who happen to have really good taste.
"From the moment I walk in, I always think — I want to live here."
