The minke is the smallest of the great whales, but also among the fastest and most abundant — quick, sleek, and quietly everywhere. For the ones who don't need to be the biggest in the room to make their presence known.
This hand-carved Minke Whale wall plaque is made just for you — individually carved from solid hardwood by Vermont artist Wendy Lichtensteiger, hand-painted, finished with a special patina, and signed by the artist on the back. Each whale ships ready to hang, complete with mounting hardware, and can be made facing left or right to suit your space.
Due to the overwhelming response on Instagram, we are no longer taking new whale orders at this time. If you'd love one and want to be notified when we reopen, please contact us.
Whales are even more stunning in a group — ask us about curating a gallery wall of two, three, or more.
