Berends' studio art pottery is a combination of Raku and contemporary design, with the stunning contrasting colors of turquoise blue, black, grey and hints of metallic shades. It's copper metallic glaze will develop a rich patina over time. Each piece is a one of a kind due to the type of process that is involved. Vessels are porous and cannot be filled with water.
